Where does the data actually live?

TeamVault runs in a dedicated, tenant-isolated managed environment. Company memory, evidence, semantic indexes, and audit records remain inside that tenant boundary; authorized tools return only the context a caller is permitted to retrieve.

Do frontier labs get to train on our data?

TeamVault's default agent graph tools are read-only and expose scoped context rather than a bulk copy of company memory. How a model provider handles returned context still depends on the provider, product tier, settings, and contract you choose.

Can we bring our own model?

Yes. Connect compatible MCP clients or your own agent runtime to the governed read surface. Your company memory does not have to be rebuilt when model providers change.

What compliance postures do you support?

TeamVault is working toward SOC 2 Type II certification, with completion targeted for December 2026. Today, the architecture includes tenant isolation, permission-scoped retrieval, audit logging, and snapshot-and-recovery controls. Bring your security and compliance requirements to the architecture review and we will map the applicable controls, evidence, and gaps explicitly.
